That is my motto, granted it is stolen from the dude but it is how things need to be.
I am currently looking for some super passionate people to come and work for Betty's Zoo; selling books because you love them and fancy a bit of free time too, extra pennies and things.
I don't agree with micro management and filling in time sheets because life is far too short, but I have managed to rustle up a fabulously ace commission structure that is predictably staggered depending on just how wonderful you are. This essentially means you're in charge of your own time, managing relationships with shops, or you can sell them direct to people if you wish, totally up to you.
Happy to provide a phone and a car if you'd like but no set salary as such. You are able to do it 'on the side' by all means for starters.
